Staff Product Designer

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer who will focus on product strategy and design direction.

Key Responsibilities

Apply human-centered design to support design-driven decision making among digital product teams

Contribute to strategic design thinking and ensure alignment of design decisions with business strategy

Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovative design approaches

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI / UX Design, or related fields

7-10 years of experience in user experience and product design, with at least 6 years in a product development team

Proven experience leading projects and contributing to multiple shipped digital products

Ability to develop processes for tackling design challenges and uncovering innovative solutions

Demonstrated application of human-centered design with an understanding of business and technical impacts
