CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT!
Are you a seasoned Superintendent with a passion for leading commercial construction projects to success? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee a diverse portfolio of high-value projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all phases of construction from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description
- Superintendents are responsible for maintainting daily log for the job site’s operations, and report to management
- Make changes in operations as necessary to meet deadlines
- Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques
- Create and coordinate schedules
- Superintendents will direct and evaluate site personnel and staff
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Effective leadership : Motivation, goal setting and conflict resolution
- Communication : Reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Planning : Design execution, resource allocation and contingencies
- Equipment : Safe operating and maintenance
- Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
- Local, state, and federal construction regulations
