Sr. Scrum Master

Location Options- San Francisco, CA; Possible - Salt Lake City, UT, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR
Qualifications :
- 10 year's minimum experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development setting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency using Jira (managing scrum boards and generating metrics)
- Demonstrated ability to coach individuals in a scrum team
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of explaining technical and project related information to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities
- Requires PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
Responsibilities :
Facilitates and is accountable for leading the team through the agile ceremonies, including :
o Daily scrums
o Sprint demos
o Retrospectives
o Backlog Grooming
o Sprint Planning
o PI Planning
