Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MedSurg / Tele - 4B
Shift : Nights / 7p-7 : 30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW / Holiday rotation, no on-call
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements :
- IL RN License
- Minimum 2+ years experience
- Must have completed 1 successful travel contract required
- Perform phlebotomy required. Need to be able to read and interpret strips
- AHA BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Other details :
- Float Requirements : Float to Tele if needed. May be floated to other units and tasked as an aid for additional support
- Charting Experience : Meditech preferred - mandatory Meditech training must be done in compliance
- COVID BOOSTER Vaccination is required unless medical / religious declination is applicable. Declination must be approved by committee prior to start date
- Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 24 bed 1 : 7 patient ratio
- Scrub Colors : Royal Blue
