This is not a salaried position. Your income is entirely commission-based and provides promising potential. A state accredited real estate license is required before you can join our team.

Compensation :
$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications :
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
