Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Life Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients understand their life insurance options and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
You will build and maintain client relationships, work towards achieving sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities : Educate clients on various life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life insurance.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, including claims assistance. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
Attend networking events and community activities to promote the company's services. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Valid life insurance license in Insert State . Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
