Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- AutoCAD experience is a huge plus!
