We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Manassas, VA. You will play a crucial role in helping us achieve profitable revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develop and nurture key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals effectively. Prepare accurate and comprehensive sales proposals that can be seamlessly transferred to the installation team.
Provide customers with complete and accurate information about our products, services, and pricing to build confidence and trust.
Become a market expert, understanding customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with the team to set ambitious sales targets and propose strategies for market expansion.
Diligently follow up on all unsold leads in HVAC sales, HVAC service, sewer and water, plumbing service, and electrical service to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities to manage leads and close sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Familiarity with local codes and the ability to speak knowledgeably about our product lines.
Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Highly motivated and flexible, with a positive attitude towards life and work.
Proven customer service skills with proficiency in English communication. Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers.
Preferred Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical sales. Preferred Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
