Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will support the Vehicle Hardware Engineering organization within the Business Office. This role involves project management, reporting, strategy assignments, data analysis, team collaboration, and supporting executive-level management. It provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with engineering leadership, transforming innovative ideas into actionable plans while ensuring smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Support key areas within the Business Office, including project management and data analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date VP-level sharing sites, ensuring accurate and organized information access.
- Manage the organization's roster of technical specialists.
- Aggregate and maintain key organizational metrics for business reviews and operational planning.
- Act as the team's lead evaluator for internal control testing to support compliance and risk management.
- Coordinate business process reviews and develop agendas.
- Provide out-of-office support to the Business Operations Supervisor.
- Support the development and filing of key business deliverables, including KPI reporting.
- Assist with whitespace thinking on new and emerging challenges and opportunities.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.3+ years of experience in areas such as corporate strategy, product management, marketing, product development, business intelligence, and analytics.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.High degree of initiative and ability to work independently.Collaborative skills for navigating complex decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
MBA with 1+ years of experience.1+ years of experience at an OEM (e.g., automotive, marine, heavy equipment).Experience in interpreting and translating research insights into business strategy and product design.Knowledge of automotive technologies and services.General knowledge of hardware engineering systems.Proven record of managing complex workloads and delivering results.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00 / hr.
