Job Duties
- Prepare cost estimates for small and large scale jobs.
- Complete job estimate by using specialized estimation software
- Analyze plan documents and other data to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates
- Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work
- Calculating a final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overhead and profit, and presenting a final price
- Assist with bid closeout and final proposal preparations
- Assist with writing technical proposals
