About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1454 To $1616 Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 2 years in ICU setting License : Registered Nurse License Certifications : BLS, ACLS (Preferred : TNCC) Must-Have : - Experience in medical, surgical, neuro, or trauma ICU settings - Ability to maintain patient-centered care and adaptability Job Description : - Work within a recently expanded ICU comprising 28 beds across two pods- Collaborate with a diverse nursing team, benefiting from the mentorship of experienced staff- Engage in critical care using equipment like Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, and specialized devices such as Artic Sun and Sub Zero- Utilize Meditech EMR system for patient documentation- Provide care for a varied patient population, including neuro surgical, trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, ETOH / Drug withdrawal, and ventilated patients- Maintain flexibility in patient ratios typically ranging from 1 : 2, with variations based on patient acuity- Participate in a unit undergoing a transition to a Level II Trauma Center- Collaborate with dedicated intensivists available 24 / 7, fostering a learning environmentJoin a welcoming ICU team that values the contribution of travel nurses and offers a supportive work atmosphere.
