Location : In-office; New Brighton, MN

Status : Full-time

Hours : Mon-Thurs 8am-4 : 30pm, Fri 8am-4pm

Compensation : $115,000 $125,000, based on experience

In your new role, you can expect to :

• Manage existing client relationships.
• Provide investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning advice.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests.
• Conduct client reviews.
• Create and update financial plans in MoneyGuidePro and Right Capital.
• Correspond with clients, their family members, and strategic alliances.
• Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
• Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.
• Continually strive to do the right thing the right way.

Qualifications for this opportunity include :

Must Have :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 - 8 years of experience as a financial planner providing advice on investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning topics
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65)
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Relationship management skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Confidence and adaptability
• Flexible in embracing change
• Drive to help clients and co-workers
• Professionalism

Nice to Have :

• CFP® designation
• Strong computer skills : Microsoft Office, MoneyGuidePro, or Right Capital
• Experience managing a team
