Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive 4x growth in readership and authorship by the end of June 2024, relative to December 2023.

Strong preference in non-paid solutions.Enhance Inkitt’s brand presence in the publishing market. Develop and execute brand strategies that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to a global audience.

Strategic vision, capable of both big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring strategies are both visionary but also grounded.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, like Product Management and Engineering, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.What You'll Bring :

Track record of successfully delivering growth in two-sided market places (e.g Uber, AirBnB, Spotify, SoundCloud, Fiverr, etc.

Strong analytical skills with a growth-hacker mindset and strategic thinking capability.A deep understanding and experience with at least 2-3 of the following : SEO, social media, viral posts, referral marketing, partnerships and affiliates / influencers.

Experience working with / for senior leadership (e.g. VP level or CEO).What We’ll Offer :

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
