Position : Jr. Account Manager, Public Sector
Location : Remote or Hybrid Based on Individual Location
About the Role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Jr. Account Manager to support our Client Services team with a focus on public sector accounts.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring the strategic growth and retention of public sector clients.
Your efforts will be key in enhancing program participation and driving client engagement within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Interact with public sector clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs.
- Program Education : Continuously educate public sector clients on our GPO value proposition to maximize their savings and participation.
- Campaign Collaboration : Work with the team to design and implement targeted campaign strategies that align with business objectives.
- Business Reviews : Prepare and conduct client business reviews and member orientation sessions to help clients fully leverage our services.
- Team Support : Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify opportunities for expanding membership and enhancing client engagement.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and group purchasing organizations is a plus.
