Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Experience : At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, focusing on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex systems.
- Education : A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but your experience and abilities are what truly count.
- Commitment : Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work overtime when needed are essential for success in this role.
