- Provide care in a facility that operates with a team structure of up to 10 RNs and 3 PCTs per shift, with a charge nurse available.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1 : 4. - Handle equipment and documentation using EMR - Meditech. - Conduct various procedures, including respiratory care, central line care, G-TUBE / NG tube management, drains, and preoperative / postoperative care.
- Float between different pediatric care areas including the medical / surgical floor, intensive care units, and oncology as needed.
- Wear royal blue scrubs as part of the dress code. - Required to work four weekend shifts. Additional comments : Candidates with an APHON Chemo Certification will be given preference, and those demonstrating the best personality fit are encouraged to apply.
