Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated Support Engineer who can provide fast, reliable solutions to customers' technical issues. You'll be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, working closely with both the customer and our internal teams to find the right solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving via email and chat.
- Work with the development team to address recurring issues and implement fixes.
- Guide customers through system configurations and software updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of support requests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in tech support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of cloud services and API integrations.
