Position : Insurance Defense Attorney

Salary : $165-185k (DOE)

We are an AV-rated law firm providing excellent legal representation and client service. We are a civil defense litigation firm specializing in construction defect, mold, environmental, product liability, premises liability, and other complex general liability matters for insurance companies, TPAs, self-insured clients, and business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases including personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies.
• Prepare and present cases in court as needed.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Insurance Defense
• Proven experience in insurance defense, particularly in personal injury, construction defense, and product liability cases.
• Trial experience is a huge plus
• MUST BE BARRED IN CA
