- Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday each week 8a-4p preferred. Will consider 3 consecutive days in a row if needed.

- Board Certified / Board Eligible : Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Certifications : ACLS, BLS, DEA, Fellowship
- Licensure : California
