What You Will Get To Do :
Work with Executive Leadership in developing business, financial and sales goals for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Manage, coach, develop and motivate a sales team as well as personally help negotiate and close deals.
Evolve / expand the sales team to focus on new logo sales.
Maintain and publish ongoing cyclical sales forecasts and KPI reporting.
Oversee and own key aspects of the operational functions of the business.
Execute and deliver results on established sales and account management tasks.
Manage Sales Funnel and Pipeline Growth to exceed Revenue Goals Provide including full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage.
Work collaboratively across teams, including Marketing, Support, Product, Engineering and Accounting.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
What You Will Bring :
5-7 years of relevant new logo sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
Possess extensive knowledge of the sales cycle including established sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
Strong analytical, qualitative, and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional peers and teams.
Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and issue-resolution skills.
Proven success with working in a deadline-driven work environment.
Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Strong leadership, accountability and team building skills.
