QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must possess a valid Michigan teaching certificate in secondary education and meet highly qualified requirements for the area
- Possess an Business certificate (GQ) or applicable CTE Certification,
- Major- Business Education
- Minor- Any
BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-time Business teacher with opportunity for full-time CTE programming
Lead courses in Accounting, General Business, and Personal Finance
Maintain a high level of successful leadership and involvement in school events
Train students for participation in local, regional, state and national contests
Ensure the school store is in good working order and used throughout the year
Able to efficiently use technology for instruction, assessment and / or demonstration
Plan and implement programs and events to support and promote Business issues
Other duties as assigned, which are necessary to ensure a successful business program as discussed with building and district administration
