Job Details

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Python and Django framework.
• Lead the development and deployment of new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize CI / CD for rapid application development and deployment.
• Work with React to create user-friendly web pages and components.
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for effective resource isolation and scaling of applications.
• Develop and maintain microservices architecture for various applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade existing software, and identify areas for modification and improvement.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and at minimum a Secret Security Clearance!
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python programming and Django framework.
• Solid experience with CI / CD, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Constantly update personal technical and business knowledge and skills and mentor others to increase the effectiveness of the team.
• Proven experience as a team leader with a dedication to delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus despite conflicting demands.
• Drive to keep up with latest technology trends and innovations.
