Senior Helpers offers a ranged wage-
We are hiring staff @15.50 / hour-if we identify you for a shorter visit (under 3 hours) we do increase the wage.
Our 2 hour visits are paid @$20 / hour and our 1 hour visit is paid at a flat rate $30
We offer monthly incentive bonuses -
1 monthly-Heart of Gold- $300.00
2 monthly-Over and Above-$150.00
2 monthly- Perfect Attendance-$150.00
We're also giving all our new employees the $500 for the first 500 hours worked bonus!
We have pay advances with Pay Active!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide social companionship
- Support with a variety of daily living tasks and reminders
- Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Standby / assistance with personal hygiene
- Overnight safety assistance
QUALIFICATIONS
- No healthcare certification is required!
- A compassionate heart for older adults
- Valid driver's license, a vehicle and active auto insurance
- Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts
- The ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
- Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
