Assistant Managers take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation. In conjunction with the General Manager (GM), the Assistant Manager shares responsibility for :

• Helping to lead operational excellence and the guest experience
• Providing coaching to team members to improve performance
• Ensuring the shift is appropriately deployed to exceed hospitality and guest standards
• Helping to control Cost of Sales through inventory management, tracking, effective ordering, and control of waste and loss each shift
• Leading and modelling all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards

Must be 18 years of age or older

• 2 years of restaurant experience in a supervisor or management position required
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high energy environment
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
