About the Opportunity : *Setting : *Outpatient Orthopedic* *Schedule : * Monday to Friday* *Hours : * 7am to 3am or 8am to 4pm* *Patient Volume : *6 to 8 per day* *EMR : *Athena*Responsibilities*ThePhysical Therapist(PT) will : * Evaluateand treatdisabilities, injuries, and diseases as related to functional impairments* Helppatient develop or regain physical or mental functioning or adjust to disabilities by implementing programs* Usea variety of therapeutic techniques to promote functional independence and improve the quality of life for the patient* Delegatethe plan of care to assistive personnel and monitors quality of care* Evaluateresults of physical therapy by observing, noting, and evaluating patient's progress;
recommendand implementadjustments and modifications* Maintainsafe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations* Perform other duties, as needed*Qualifications : Masters Degree in Physical Therapy* FL Physical Therapist (PT) license* BLS certification* Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills* Patient oriented* Great interpersonal skills* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)* Strong attention to detail* Highly organized*Desired Skills : 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience* Doctorate in Physical Therapy Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
