Job Description : \nBecome part of Essentia's accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!We are currently hiring for our Cardiac Unit at St Mary's Medical Center!- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. - You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and / or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.\n\nLicensure / Certification Qualifications : \n\nCertification / Licensure Requirements : \n

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment\n
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing\n
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month\n
