Position - Customer Service Representative
Job Location - Appleton, WI
Starting Date - Immediate
Employment Term - Regular, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours - First shift, 6am-2 : 30pm M-F
Starting Pay - $17+ an hour
Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education - HSED or equivalent
As the Customer Service Representative responsibilities will entail checking in / out drivers, manually entering some inbound orders in the system, customer service, scanning, filing, and bills of lading.

Any other tasks needed within the position
Qualifications
Experience with shipping and accepting orders
Microsoft Word, Excel
Self-Motivated
Well Organized with special attention to details
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
