Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and provide accurate information to Medicare beneficiariesResolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionallyComplete daily tasks assigned by management within specified timeframesRequired QualificationsActive licensure or certification relevant to Medicare or healthcarePrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environmentUA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lowerProficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM softwareFlexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules
