What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : At least 1 year experience with heavy-duty trailer bodywork and mechanical repairs.
- Skills : Strong communication skills to interact with service managers, service writers, and customers about job progress.
- Tools : Must provide your own tools and toolbox.
- Licenses : Valid Driver’s License required; CDL is a plus.
- Motivation : Drive to work efficiently and safely, delivering top-notch service.
- Technical Skills : Experience in repairing trailers, including brake jobs, air system repairs, axle work, welding, cutting with a torch, container repairs, patches, door repairs / replacements, reefer repair, and roof / wall / floor repair.
