OTR Reefer Truck Drivers Wanted

Position : OTR Reefer Truck Driver
Areas Driven : Lower 48 States
Schedule : Drivers are out for 3 weeks with 4-5 days home time
You qualify if :
- License : Valid Class A CDL
- Experience : Minimum 12 months of verifiable driving experience, including OTR
- Record : Clean driving record with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- Violations : No major / serious violations in the last 3 years
- Accidents : 3 or fewer accidents in the last 3 years, no DOT recordable accidents

- $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment
- Competitive pay ranging from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile (based on experience)
- Additional bonuses up to $0.04 per mile for on-time pay and minimum miles

Pay attention :
- Our trucks are equipped with an APU inverter and a mattress, with space for additional amenities like a fridge or microwave
- Drivers run both days and nights, with OTR routes available
New Pay Structure : 74cpm
- Pay scale ranges from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile, with an additional $0.04 safety bonus
- Pay increases based on experience, up to $0.70 per mile for drivers with 5+ years
Average :
- Solo drivers can earn up to $0.70 per mile, while team drivers can earn up to $0.79 per mile
- Mileage varies but typically ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly for solo drivers
- Sign-on bonus of $2,500 after 90 days
