Job Description
The AM Prep Cook’s primary responsibility is to cook in our kitchen, following our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines ensuring total guest satisfaction. This is achieved by :
- Being able to read and follow recipes, follow directions and lists outlined by a chef
- Understanding and following the proper DOH food safety policies
- Being punctual and paying attention to detail
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with coworkers
- Having the ability to stand while working for long periods of time
- Performing other duties as directed
Required experience
- Maintain high-quality standards, clean work habits with a great attention to detail
- Familiar with industry’s best practices, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and take feedback well
- Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods of time

Compensation Details
Compensation : Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
