About the Role Our Customer Care Technicians aren’t just pest control professionals — they’re therapists for stressed-out homeowners .

Let’s face it :

  • when people call us, they’re often anxious, embarrassed, or frustrated.
  • There’s a social stigma around having bugs or wildlife problems, and many customers feel judged or ashamed.
  • That’s where you come in.
  • You’ll bring calm to chaos — listening, understanding, and reassuring customers while solving the problem with precision and care.
  • You’ll be their trusted expert, their problem solver, and their go-to for peace of mind.
  • What You’ll Do 🛠️ Solve Problems That Matter Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest or wildlife issues.
  • Implement effective treatment plans and preventative solutions.
  • Seal entry points and create long-term defenses against infestations. 💬 Be the Calm in the Chaos Comfort customers who are upset, anxious, or embarrassed about having pests.
  • Listen empathetically and explain issues in a reassuring, judgment-free way.
  • Turn stressful experiences into positive ones through patience and professionalism. 📋 Keep It Tailor Made Maintain accurate notes that reflect customer needs and desires.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure lasting satisfaction.
  • What You Bring A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and bring positive energy to tough situations.
