Non-Profit Pledge Drive Specialist – Remote (U.S. Only)

Overview :

A-Nu Virtual Solutions is seeking dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our team as Non-Profit Pledge Drive Specialists . In this role, you'll engage with potential donors via inbound calls in a timely, professional manner—helping our nonprofit partners build meaningful connections and generate essential support.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound donor calls efficiently, providing courteous and professional service

Represent nonprofit partners with warmth, clarity, and accuracy

Document donor interactions and ensure data accuracy, following provided scripts and workflow guidelines

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 6 months of remote work experience or 1 year in a traditional call center

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under throughput

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and fundraising best practices preferred

Ability to successfully pass a background check

Technical Requirements :

Windows® computer (Windows 11 minimum)

USB-connected headset with microphone

Wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted during calls)

Location & Eligibility :

Fully remote within the U.S. only
