Position Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and summarize findings with recommendations to management.
- Work with the Warehouse, Customer Service, and HR teams on root cause investigations and analysis.
- Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools to assist leadership with managing KPIs for informed decision-making.
- Manage projects and provide status updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills. Power BI experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Spend 5 hours per week performing warehouse, customer service, and HR duties.
