Position Overview :
We are seeking a full-time Line Cook who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is essential to ensuring our dishes are prepared to perfection and served with care.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items, especially our delicious egg rolls and wings.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Help create a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications :
- Language : Preferably bilingual in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.
- Availability to work full-time on weekends and closing shifts on Mondays and Fridays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for cooking.

Descripción del Puesto :
Estamos buscando un Cocinero / a de Línea a tiempo completo que pueda prosperar en un ambiente de cocina de ritmo rápido.
Este rol es esencial para garantizar que nuestros platos se preparen a la perfección y se sirvan con cuidado. El candidato ideal será responsable, detallista y estará comprometido con mantener altos estándares de calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
Responsabilidades Clave :
- Preparar y cocinar los elementos del menú, especialmente nuestros deliciosos egg rolls y alas.
- Asegurarse de que toda la comida se prepare de acuerdo con las recetas y estándares de presentación.
- Mantener una estación de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Seguir las pautas de seguridad alimentaria y saneamiento.
- Colaborar con el personal de cocina para asegurar un funcionamiento fluido durante el servicio.
- Ayudar a crear un ambiente de cocina positivo y eficiente.
Calificaciones :
- Idioma : Preferiblemente bilingüe en español; conocimiento de inglés es un plus.
- Se prefiere experiencia previa como cocinero / a de línea o en un rol similar.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo los fines de semana y en turnos de cierre los lunes y viernes.
