Want to be a leader with impact who can drive our employee store experience and operations in Santa Clara and around the world?
This individual will spearhead the growth and expansion of our employee ecommerce store and flagship physical stores to serve our employees in 50+ countries.
You'll define the standards for services and products as well as drive operational excellence across a global supply chain as we expand the reach of the Gear Store.
What you will be doing :
- Take the lead in scoping, planning, and buildout of new stores in our largest global locations.
- Lead RFP process to select, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers to produce products, and service our employees in key regions : NALA, EMEA, and APAC;
includes global ecommerce presence and staffing of physical stores.
- Own global operations of stores including staffing, budget, reporting, P&L, and operating standards.
- Lead logistics including identifying process improvements between vendors, suppliers, shipping teams, global trade, and shipping expediters.
- Represent the voice of our employees to provide the best service and offerings to meet their needs and distill employee feedback to actionable insights for the Gear Store team.
- Collect and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities in product strategy, maintain adequate inventory levels, and provide insights by region and channel, set and manage KPIs per channel.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, HR, Operations, and Logistics to develop a robust global store program that reaches all employees.
What we need to see :
- BS / BA required or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of demonstrated ability in retail industry with brick-and-mortar and ecommerce, supply chain management, and vendor management.
- Experience in consumer sales, forecasting, merchandising, and promotional item production.
- Data driven decision-making, with demonstrated ability to act decisively.
- Ability to be effective, autonomous, proactive, and problem-solve in a matrix organization.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills while juggling multiple tasks.
- Professional presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) to articulate key issues, ideas, and solutions to multiple team members.
- Exceptional project management skills to lead multiple projects and complex programs at the same time.
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly analytical.
- Highly proficient in MS Office / Google Suite, outstanding in spreadsheets.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
