Regency Insurance, part of The Hilb Group, is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Offices are located in Bonita Springs and Ocala, FL, but position can be remote.
The CSR is responsible for handling a high volume of accounts and for processing new business to the agency via phone. Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to our new and existing accounts.
Primary Job Duties :
- Provide thorough customer service assistance with phone calls and office visitors requesting insurance quotes, binders, changes to existing coverage and / or new policies and billing inquiries.
- All incoming existing policies are to be reviewed, updated, invoiced and scanned into our agency management system.
- Receive, follow up and provide assistance in claims resolution.
- Review all non-renewals and cancellations to determine action to be taken.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must consistently demonstrate the following competencies :
- Good working knowledge of the computer and the following programs : Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Internet Explorer
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software
