Responsibilities
- Lead compensation program administration, including :
- Conducting job analyses and reviews
- Classifying positions (exempt and non-exempt)
- Performing salary surveys and market matching
- Maintaining compensation databases and job code tables
- Overseeing annual merit pay increases
- Analyze wage and salary data to evaluate job positions and determine appropriate classifications
- Assist in designing and administering compensation programs
- Process and audit time and attendance records
- Support all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Collaborate with team members to approve job actions and ensure correct coding for internal / external reporting
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2+ years' of progressive experience working in Human Resources
- Hands-on knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, including running queries and data manipulation
- Advanced excel skills (ex : pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
