Are you looking for an office clerk position in the Peoria area? Spherion has partnered with a large company to add several members to their growing team, and this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities :

  • Review and reply to email on a daily basis
  • Review open issues and follow up
  • Review daily operations reports and identify and follow up issues escalating to Supply Chain Specialists where appropriate
  • Monitor exception reports and where appropriate act as liaison between customer and origins to ensure that responses are timely
  • Monitor and manage ocean carrier contract allocation per the customer's requirements
  • Review weekly operations reports and identify and follow up on issues requesting information from ISC origins and escalating to Supply Chain Specialists where appropriate
  • Track inbound orders and monitor systems visibility
  • Audit system for accuracy and completeness of data information based on booking, receiving and on hand reports received from ISC origins / Control towers
  • Audit and prepare reporting weekly audit worksheets detailing issues logged and resolution
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and in accordance with the customer?s SOP by monitoring and checking all pre alerts and scanned documents
  • Ensure all carrier issues are captures in the carrier event log and that it is relayed to the customer in a timely manner
  • Enter all service failures in to the Service Integrity Log on a weekly basis or as soon as resolved
  • Maintain and issue CP change log and update the SOP under guidance of the Supply Chain Specialist
  • Monitor and report on SOP compliance

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
