Program Director
Ripple Effect Martial Arts is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Director to join our dynamic, family-oriented martial arts school.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in an energetic environment and is passionate about supporting both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and their families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
- Drive sales and manage program enrollment.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
- Organize and manage tasks efficiently, balancing multiple responsibilities.
Required Qualifications :
- Proven customer service and sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Experience working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
- Team-oriented with the ability to self-motivate and multitask.
Preferred Qualifications :
Interest or experience in martial arts is highly desirable but not mandatory. Opportunities for martial arts training are available.
Schedule and Compensation :
- Full-time position.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
- Salary : $35,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year, based on experience.
