Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN

Location : (All Counties in Area 3)

Type : PRN (As Needed)

Job Description :

Our home health office is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our senior clients in the comfort of their homes. This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide nursing care to senior clients as outlined in the care plan.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
Monitor client health and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate clients and families on health management and care techniques.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications :

Current LPN license in FL.

Previous experience in home health, geriatrics, or related field preferred.

CPR certification required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
