About the role :

The GoHealth Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible to ensure a consistent approach to diagnosing, validating, and coaching behaviors at the management level.

You will be a motivator and supporter of effective sales techniques (Specifically the Development Pod Process), increasing sales production per agent, driving compliance, and promoting GoHealth’s culture, all through your relationship and direction with the Team Managers & Program Managers.

You will work closely with the sales, strategy, and learning teams to ensure the coaching process as well as the sales process are delivered at the highest of levels.

What you’ll do :

  • Enforce a consistent coaching methodology for all Agents (what does this mean?)
  • Manage a team of Sales Enablement Specialists effectively and hold them accountable (are they hiring / firing these individuals?)
  • Drive measurable metric performance at both the agent and Team Manager level (are they setting the goals / targets for these individuals?)
  • Monitor recorded coaching sessions from each Team Manager and ensure the Go Health coaching / sales process methodology is followed.

Coach and follow up for improved performance

  • Coach Agents & Team Managers in conjunction with Program Managers
  • Deliver impactful training sessions
  • Planning, coordinating, and development of the necessary training
  • Sharing the information about key techniques and best practices and tools that can support the work of the sales team
  • Inspect quality and quantity of coaching Watch / observe recordings of coachingMonitor CREED coaching link for quantity of coaching’s
  • Learn and serve as subject matter expert within the organization on coaching, KPI’s, and sales process
  • Plan and support the development of Team Manager’s knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Understand GoHealth’s compliance and regulatory needs in order to drive compliant team member behavior
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships amongst your peers
  • Drive accountability amongst Team Managers & agents to improve overall sales results

What we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ Years of Sales Management / Leadership experience
  • 2+ Years of Training / Coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to drive tangible performance improvements through
  • Willingness to learn and master the GoHealth coaching process
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Immaculate organizational skills
