Olaro is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Charleston, South Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

Position Details :

Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025

Location : Charleston, SC

Schedule : 3x12 Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM), including holidays as needed

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Requirements :

  • Active South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider License (must be in hand at start)
  • National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential required
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in adult critical care
  • Must have prior travel experience (first-time travelers not accepted)
  • Ability to work in high-acuity settings (Adult ICU, Stepdown, Floorcare)
  • Flexibility to float between service lines and to sister facilities (e.g., ART)

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • EPIC or Cerner EMR experience
  • ACLS and PALS certifications

    • Additional Information :

  • Weekend rotation required (every other weekend)
  • Charting : Epic
  • Teaching hospital, Magnet designated, Level I Trauma Center
  • Scrub color : Caribbean blue
  • Parking : $20 one-time pass; nights / weekends covered
  • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
  • Radius rule : 60 miles (locals considered at reduced rate)
  • Hurricane season contingency in place (June–November)
