Manufacturer and distributor of food products and components.
Responsibilities :
Support the assigned outside sales team throughout the US territory, working to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Receive and process orders.
Contact existing and potential new customers.
Update and maintain customer information database.
Receive inbound sales team and customer calls and emails to process and placing of product orders, product information, upselling, and shipment tracking information.
Work closely with warehouse and accounting teams to resolve any shipping and accounting inquiries.
Respond to customers and sales team requests for information on orders, deliveries and issues regarding product quality, delivery schedules, and product availability.
Manage customer concerns.
Assist in product training.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience within the food industry.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and the sales team.
Word Processing software, and data entry skills.
100% on-site.
Salary $55-65K, company health plan (Health, Dental, Vision), 401(k) 3% match, Holidays, vacation.
