Position Summary :
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and assisting the sales effort in Northeast states of the US. The successful candidate will utilize exceptional technical knowledge to recommend product solutions to potential customers while cultivating new relationships and maintaining current customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving the assigned sales quota and managing his / her sales effort within the territory assigned.
- Make regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads and establish long-term, ongoing repeat relationships.
- Collaborate with COMPANY’S global sales (RTDs) and engineering teams to ensure there is full knowledge transfer of strategy, engineering concepts and offers into the region.
- Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations.
- Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs / RFPs.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of professional technical sales experience in the electric industry.
- Minimum a BSc degree in electrical, electronics or relevant fields.
- Strong communication skills in English both in written and verbal.
- A self-driven personality with appetite to meet and exceed the sales quotas.
- Experience in using CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong people skills with ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationship with current and new clients.
