This role involves an array of clerical and administrative functions, including scheduling, managing communications, and keeping meticulous records.

The successful candidate will be at the heart of the office's operations, acting as the first point of contact for our diverse client base and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Your bilingual skills will bridge the communication gap and enhance our ability to serve our community meaningfully.

Essential Duties and Functions :

• Provide stellar administrative support compliant with program needs.
• Serve as a friendly and effective liaison between consumers, staff, and external contacts.
• Maintain prescriber's schedule with precision through electronic systems like Outlook.
• Conduct courtesy reminder calls ensuring our consumers are well-informed and prepared for their appointments.
• Keep consumer files immaculately organized and up to date to the highest standards.
• Manage office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.
• Facilitate team leads with the oversight of our databases and digital health records.
• Accurately record and submit billing and reimbursement activities in a prompt manner.

Qualifications :

• Bilingual English / Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• Candidates must clear a background check and drug screening.
• Organizational wizard with a penchant for self-motivation.
• Independent, capable of multitasking and resolving challenges efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly adapt to new software.
