What is the work?

What is your background? A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience. 5+ years of experience managing and administering Compensation / HR-related processes business.

Do you have what it takes to be an H-E-B Sr Compensation Advisor? Proficiency in MS Office and software / applications (e.g. HCM) required by the job. Advanced verbal / written communication and presentation skills. Advanced interpersonal and consulting skills. Advanced analytical, project management, and organization skills; attention to detail. Negotiating and influencing skills. Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret / analyze data. Ability to communicate confidential information in a professional manner.
