About The Position

Weekly Pay Range - $2659 To $2954 Job Title : Administrative Professional Job Specialty : Screener / Behavioral Health Integration Clinician Job Duration : 26 weeks Shift : 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of three years in psychiatric, community mental health, or healthcare setting in direct clinical care License : LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) in Massachusetts Certifications : BLS (AHA), CPI Must-Have : Ability to pass a physical (fit for duty)- Master's degree in social work or related clinical healthcare field- COVID vaccination (dose date on or after 10 / 3 / 23) Job Description : Perform facility crisis evaluations in the ED / ER.

• Provide consultation and support to the primary care team regarding behavioral health issues that arise in routine care.
• Work collaboratively with the primary care team to meet behavioral health care needs.- Administer and interpret behavioral health screening measures and provide brief treatments.
• Assist in referral and connection to community resources for patients needing care beyond brief treatment.- Maintain a productivity level of 75% or 6 hours of direct clinical care per day.
• Work closely with psychiatric providers to facilitate communication between the psychiatric provider and the primary care team.
• Administer standardized measures for assessing depression and anxiety; use data registry to monitor progress over time using a treat-to-target approach.
• Utilize a brief, solution-focused approach in clinical practice.- Possess knowledge of community and outpatient behavioral health resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.- Form rapid engagement and alliance with patients.
• Maintain and monitor the confidentiality of patient records.- Work independently and in a self-directed manner.- Availability for specific interview dates / times of availability for interview (more than two specific times must be provided).
• Must have own vehicle for transportation needs.- No more than five days of requested time off during the assignment. Ensure traveler vaccination card or intent to fill exemption form is included with profile submission.
