This is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm! $82-92k + 7% Bonus (based on experience) Requirements : + Unencumbered RN Licensure for AZ+ Must have 5+ years of nursing / medical experience+ Must have triage experience+ Must have Acute Care experience+ Bilingual Spanish or other language within the community preferred Responsibilities : + Provide comprehensive primary care for senior adults with Medicare Advantage plans.
Ability to build a relationship and work effectively with various seniorities and diverse populations including staff, providers, members, and family members.
