Today we seek a Maintenance Technician for our River Mews property, 645 apartment homes in Newport News, VA who will be responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment.
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in some of the following areas :
- General Building Repair
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- HVAC
- In areas where you may lack skills, Palms can provide training!

This is an hourly, non-exempt position, FLSA Overtime Status position. The stated salary range represents potential compensation earned through base salary and bonus opportunities.
